Friction Stir Welding of Liquid-cooling Radiator

The friction stir welding (FSW) is predominant in aluminum alloy welding. In thinsrnpaper, the application of FSW technology in the electric and electronic radiatorrnmanufacturing field is discussed with some examples of aluminum liquid-cooling radiatorrnand heat sinker. The advantages and the solutions for common problems in the applicationrnprocessing are mentioned as well.
