摘要

The embrittlement characteristic of 1Cr21Ni5Ti steel after aging in the temperature range of 400-600℃ have been investigated. The results have shown that the impact toughness deterioration of the steel subjected to aging at 400-500℃is more serious. The reduction of toughness of the steel aging at 450℃ is the most pronounced. Compared to the above results, after aging in temperature range of 550-600℃, the embrittlement rate of the steel is comparatively slow. The reduction of impact toughness of the steel with low Ti/C ratio is more rapid after aging at 600℃ than at 550℃, which is because the precipitation of M_(23)C_6 carbides during aging give rise to partial transformation of austenite phase to martensite.
