Stonework blasting in cutting of municipal works is usually difficult to construct, for complicated environment, limited time for construction and more blasting times and volume. The technology that large spacing with m=1.5 and little resistance, divided charge inside holes, millisecond delaying blasting inside and outside holes were introduced in this paper, decoupling charge in radical and air in upper hole in axial in side slope, its coefficient decoupling coefficient k_d is 5.57. This mid-deep blasting controlled the blasting danger effectively and it gained ideal effect.
