The mechanical strength of the current full bore perforation rack of energy-bearing materials cannot meet the requirement of utilization under high temperature. Therefore, study on new full bore perforation rack of energy-bearing materials has been carried out. Through comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting the mechanical strength of the self-destructive energy-bearing rack under high temperature, the prescription composition of the composite gunpowder in high-temperature resisting energy-bearing rack was primarily selected. By the optimization of the prescription on the basis of the comparative experiments of strength and burning self-deconstruction, high temperature simulation experiments on new energy-bearing rack were conducted. The results indicate that in similar oil well high temperature environment the mechanical performance of the new composite gunpowder of energy-bearing rack could meet the requirement.
