Original idea about creation of the laser rocket engine in a space body consisting of ice for the greater part and bringing the threat for the Earth was been considered. Laser jet system (LJS) of preventing impact of the celestial body to the Earth receives energy from the Sun or from nuclear energy source and passes this power to the chamber by means of laser beams. In the chamber the ice turns into water first, then into heated up vapour. The jet of expiring vapour creates jet force which can change a trajectory of a space body .Various variants of realization LJS were been considered. Geometrical sizes, thrust, power of solar batteries, an operating time of the propulsion plant is determined on the basis of submitted theoretical bases of calculation of such engine. Research of the laser jet system which can provide motion of the various space bodies menacing with collision with the Earth, from a dangerous orbit to safe orbit, has shown a reality of its creation in the near future. Problem about destruction of celestial body by explosion was been investigated. The hypothesis was been accepted, the energy of destruction of space body is equaled to the work expended by a gravitational field on its making. The required mass of a nuclear charge is about 10~12 kg. More effective can be the connecting of usual and nuclear charges. In a basis of model the original idea about formation of planets in minimax points of oscillations emitted by the Sun with two periods as a result of absorption of energy of waves by a dust disk has been taken.The law of absorption of energy of waves radiated by the Sun is given by formula Planck It is possible with the help of form of the curves of absorption and of the sizes of lengths of waves of radiation of energy stars to predict existence of other planets in planetary systems. Results of calculations is compared with the valid magnitudes of radiuses of rotation of 9 planets. Offered model explains the appeal of empirical formula Tizius-Bode.
