66 hybrids, produced from 3 double-low self-incompatible lines and 22 pure line varieties with NCII, were used to test their F_1 hybrid vigor. The result of field experiment showed that significant differences of yield per plot were existed among these hybrids; of 3 self-incompatible lines, GCA of yield per plant of SI-1300 was the highest, followed by SI-1310 and SI-1320; significant differences observed in average seed heterosis among hybrids produced by parental lines/varieties from different regions, of which the average heterosis values were the highest in the hybrids between 3 SI lines and Europe varieties; yield of hybrid had not significant relation to its parents, but the seed oil content had significant positive relation to its parents.
