摘要

Stem rot (Sclerotinia sclerotiorum) is a main disease on oilseed rape (Brassica ssp) and has become a limited factor of rapeseed production in China. In order to promoting resistant breeding and effective control of the disease, objectives of the studies were: (1) to understand inheritance of resistance; (2) to exploit resistant mechanisms to oxalic acid, a toxin produced by the fungus as a key factor of the pathogenesis; (3) to develop resistant lines by microspore culture and in vitro mutagensis.
