Binary maximum slope (MS) convolutional codes are introduced for Gaussian broadcast channel. For 2-user broadcast channel convolutional encoder maps 2 uniformly random messages to single codeword. For transmission over AWGN channel code bits are mapped into different q - ry QAM symbols while satisfying broadcast signal to noise constraints.
