The Research of POE System and Method of Urban Green Residential Environmental Performance in Severe Cold and Cold Regions

摘要

This paper takes green residence in severe cold and cold regions as research object, in the premise of the establishment of environmental performance indexes system, it formulates scoring criteria, puts forward scoring methods, creates Post Occupancy Evaluation System of Green Residential Environmental Performance (POE-SGREP) and in form of three-dimensional Figure achieves the evaluation method of multi perspective comparing results which lays the “ideal type” green residence as the benchmark, and auxiliary expresses with histogram and octagonal Figures, establishes the POE system, develops evaluation tool and analyzes on a star green building as the typical case.
