摘要

Immunogenic peptides are inherently unstable against in vivo enzymes. The enzymatic stability of PADRE, was evaluated using Caco-2 cells. Novel strategies including peptidase inhibitors, lipoprotein delivery systems were developed and found to enhance its stability.
