Generalized Algorithm of Estimation of Quality of Medicare

Essence and role of estimation of quality of medicare are examined in the article. The evolution of this category is presented, the basic requirements, criteria and indicators of estimation of quality of medicare, are set forth. The generalized algorithm of estimation of quality of medicare, built on the basis of procedures of fuzzy logic and interval mathematics, are offered. An algorithm supposes forming of fuzzy standards with the interval membership functions. The generalized algorithm of estimation of quality of medicare supposes standard procedure of fuzzy evaluation on fuzzy conclusion according to Mamdani Algorithm or the comprehensive approach to the estimation of quality of medicare, based on the results of the expert questioning (fuzzy model with linguistic and point scales).
