The article describes the developed unit for measuring the temperature of moving parts of the crank mechanism of slow-speed compressors. The device consists of two temperature sensors, a radio transmitter, an accelerometer, a microcontroller and a high-capacity galvanic battery. The working function of this unit is to periodically measure the temperature in the junction zones of the parts to be monitored and transmit the measurement data via the radio transmitter. The designed unit is designed to work as a component of the hardware-software complex of nondestructive testing of reciprocating- machine. The electrical part of the unit, with the exception of temperature sensors, is housed in a sealed housing made of oil-resistant material. The unit is powered by a galvanic battery with a capacity sufficient to operate the device continuously for twelve months.
