摘要

A novel railway power supply system is presented in this paper to improve power quality and eliminate neutral section of the conventional traction power supply system. The system adopts single-phase combined transformer and Power Flow Controller (PFC) based on Modular Multilevel Converter (MMC). Its equivalent mathematical model has been built according to the method of electrical transformation and the theory of balance compensation. To achieve the goal of negative sequence and reactive comprehensive compensation, the operation current of each port of PFC can be calculated. Moreover, the control approach of PFC is studied. Finally, the effectiveness and correctness of the proposed system are verified in MATLAB/Simulink surroundings.
