摘要

Geotextiles are usually used for as a protective layer of geomembranesin liner systems for the solid waste landfill. A protective layer andgeomembrane are susceptible to mechanical damage by coarse grains inthe overlying drainage layer. In this study, therefore, the strain behaviorof geotextile in liner system was investigated using three different typesof devices for developing punctiform loads. The results of the studyshowed that the ratio of strain was different depend upon device typesfor punctiform loads. Also, It was found that the increases in strain wasapproximately linear in range 20 to 60℃, and pp-filament non-wovengeotextiles yielded a better efficiency than pp-staple fiber non-wovengeotextiles.
