摘要

A Eu2+ doped BaAl2S4 phosphor was synthesizedfrom BaS, EuS, Al and S powder by vacuum heattreatment. The synthesized powder at 850oC wascomposed of only BaAl2S4 phase. Thephotoluminescence of Eu2+ doped BaAl2S4 phosphorshowed the blue emission centered at 470nm and CIEcolor coordinate at x=0.12, y=0.11.
