In order to test the effects of ASP0 subfractions on head kidney leucocytes immunoeompetence,head kidney leucocytes were cultured in vitro with ASP1,ASP2 and ASP3 (0,1,10,100,1000 μg/mL).The ASP0 served as control.Leucocytes proliferation,respiratory burst and phagocytosis were assayed after incubation.Results showed that the proliferation,phagocytosis and respiratory burst activity of leucocytes incubated with ASP0 and its subfraction was boosted.Leucocytes proliferation and respiratory burst activity were enhanced with the increase of ASP0 and its subfractions.Leucocytes proliferation was enhanced significantly by ASP0 at 1000 μg/mL.Leucocytes respiratory burst activity was boosted significantly by ASP2 at 1-1000 μg/mL.Leucocytes incubated with ASP0 and its subfraction showed a tendency of augment first and then decline in phagocytosis.Leucocytes phagocytosis peaked when incubated with ASP0 and ASP1 at 100 μg/mL,and when incubated with ASP2 and ASP3 at 10 μg/mL.
