Discussion on Using Statistical Law to Calculate the Contribution Rate of Ccientific and Technological Development of Enterprises

Scientific and technological development contribution rate is a comprehensive index reflecting the contribution of scientific and technological development of economic growth.Solow's development model is a widely used method in measuring science and technology development in the world..For Solow's development model,this is core that after deduction of the added proportion of capital and labor from overall output,the residual value will be regard as contribution from science and technology development.The innovation of this paper lies in the method determining the index α and β (α refers to elastic coefficient of funds output,β refers to elastic coefficient of labor output.) in Solow model by using statistical law.
