Flat Board Probe which realizes small high resolution

摘要

FBP (flat board probe) used the new technology of a 'film probe' for inspection of FPD (flat panel display). FBP has achieved success in inspection of a large-sized and high-resolution panel. (It was presupposed with the conventional technology that it was difficult) Toray Engineering develops this technology also on a small-sized & high-resolution panel, and is contributing to inspection of the color high resolution LCD (for mobile-phone) which shows a global spread.
