摘要

We report on the fabrication of blue organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs) using interlayer inside the electrodes. The thin LiF interlayer under cathode acts as an electron-injection medium. And the m-MTDATA interlayer on the anode acts as a buffer layer. The results show that the device containing the interlayer has greatly enhanced the electroluminescent property of the blue hole-blocking structure OLEDs. The mechanism of the interlayer in this device has been also discussed.
