In this paper, the reason, characteristic, spread approach and the harm to environment werediscussed. Based on the analysis of the noise sources, many measures are took up to lowerthe noise and minus the vibration., such as the machine room and the well of lift pavedwith environment-protective and high-effective sound absorption bodies (Patent NO.00209737.0), using the special vibration insulation during installing the lift set (PatentNO.03266424.9）etc.
