SilentTransport –an innovative silent road concept for heavy vehicles

SilentTransport (ST) is a noise absorbing road surface, especially designed for heavyvehicles like trucks and busses. It consists of two layers of drain asphalt, separated in the middle of the laneby a 1.5 m wide membrane. This membrane allows a further increase in noise reduction emitted by theengine.
