Blast furnace slags and slag crushed stone qualities were investigated at the joint-stock company "Chusovskoy Iron and Steel Works". Slag crushed stone was produced from slag undertaken by grinding, magnetic separation and the mechanical classification of crushed materials. Heavy concrete of brands 200 and 300 was produced with slag as an aggregate under laboratory conditions. The experimental data show that low brand (brands 100-200) binders can be produced on the basis of the crushed dump slags and they can be used in the production of low brand (brands 15-50) solutions and concretes. Cellular concrete at density 300 kg/m~3 is obtained and it can be used as a heat-insulating material. The dry solution mixtures for plastering and masonry on the slag sand with portland cement as a binder and thin crushed slag with lignin sulphonate LST-M as a plasticized were found. The mixtures of bands M100 and M75 were checked and tested. The crushed stone from the dump slag has already been used at the reinforced constructions plant in Perm in order to produce heavy concretes.
