摘要

Coal gangue is a kind of solidwastes with procedure of coal extration.With the constant expansion of the coal production,output of coal gangue is growing.Most of the coal gangue accumulate farmland,cultivate land and cause severe environmental pollution.How to use coal gangue has become a hotspot.Coal gangue chemical constitution is mainly SiO2 and Al2O3,these constituents just are main raw materials to prepare molecular sieve.The composition of coal gangue is different greatly in our country.The study first focused on chemical analysis of coal gangue in chenghe mining area,then used different reagents and directing reagent to prepare high-quality molecular sieve,we have successfully prepared molecular sieve 4A by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope characterization which particle size reached about 1-2μm.
