, the structures and high frequency parameters of single gap and multi-gap cavities are tested and discussed to achieve the higher output power in detail. With the tuning system proposed, the bandwidth of 100MHz can be obtained. Then, the output power is calculated by both 2-dimensional software SBK2D and the 3D PIC program, and the results agree very well.
