Research of Knowledge Supply Flow Based on Workflow

The situation of the enterprise knowledge loss is analyzed, According to the analyze results, the knowledge supply flow is defined in enterprise to achieve the accumulation of project knowledge and the inherit of expert knowledge. By distinguishing the difference of knowledge requirement is confirm, the concept of predetermined knowledge supply flow and running-time knowledge supply flow is put forward, thus the method of pushing the operation of these two kinds of knowledge supply flows is suggested. According to the classification of knowledge principal part and the purpose of knowledge supply flow, six basic models of knowledge supply flow are proposed. The establishment and instantiation of knowledge supply flow is studied. The technique of knowledge supply flow can achieve the accumulation of project knowledge and the inherit of expert knowledge, consequently the loss of knowledge will be resolved.
