摘要

Middle voltage circuit breakers (MVCB) are important in power system. Applying condition monitoring on a MVCB is beneficial to detect potential hazards. Vibration analysis is a noninvasive method for condition monitoring of mechanism. Furthermore the vibration signal on framework of a MVCB carries abundant information of its operating mechanism. Thus developing a condition monitoring system for a MVCB is necessary and meaningful. During the building of the system, the type and the location of the accelerator is taken into consideration, the signal processing circuit is designed, the data acquisition (DAQ) card is chosen, at the same time, the software is developed by VC++, LabVIEW and MATLAB, which can acquire data and de-noise the signal with user friendly interface.
