Research on Finance Risk of Loans in Real Estate Development

摘要

with the continuous development of the economic system reform,the related ministries and apartments have implemented a series of measures in order to reinforce the function of macroeconomic control and make the market of real estate desirably develop.Therefore,some speculations about the investment risks and preventions from the risks are necessary and have realistic meaning.This paper mainly analyzes risks of the investment in real estate and reveals the causes of the risks.Finally,some methods to guard against the risks,which can be used by the banks,are given.The purpose of the article is to help the banks and the related sections guard against the risks of investing in real estate.
