The principle analysis of the wireless charging magnetic coupling coil is carried out, and the loss calculation of the magnetic coupling coil, the magnetic core and the shielding plate is studied. Through theoretical and simulation analysis, it can be known that the transmission efficiency and anti-offset ability of the square magnetic coupling coil is better than the circular magnetic coupling coil. The experimental results verify the theoretical design feasibility. The theoretical design efficiency of the square magnetic coupling coil is 97.5%, the maximum efficiency of prototype experiment of the magnetic coupling coil is 96.61%, the two results are consistent which providing support for accurately calculating the efficiency of the magnetic coupling coil.
