摘要

We proposed the analysis method to calculate the axial magnetic force due to axial gap between stator and rotor. 2D FEM model with some assumption is used for the analysis of axial force calculation instead of 3D FEM. High power machine has radial ducts in its core for cooling. Moreover, the axial magnetic force is changed by duct array. In this paper, the duct array minimizing axial force is suggested. Finally we perform the experiment by installing test instruments on the shaft end.
