摘要

The roundness error on rolling bearing grindingrnsurfaces is intimately related to the composition of thernsurface harmonics and it has vital impact on runningrnaccuracies. In addition, rumble spectrum featurernextraordinarily depend on the harmonic distribution onrnrolling surfaces. For the sake of controlling harmonic ofrnthe roundness error, the principle of harmonic diagnosesrnand control, sources of harmonic errors and thernestablishment method of the harmonic control line arerndiscussed in this paper. By changing changeablernparameters such as geometrical layout and workpiecernrotational speed, an experiment is carried out and thernexperiment data is shown in the paper, and based on thernexperiment data, the harmonics of which outstripped therncontrol line are detected and reduced successfully.
