In the education of software engineering, it isrnimportant to educate learners about diagrammaticrnrepresentations for analyzing configurations or functionsrnof a target system. In systems analysis two or morerndiagrammatic representation are described in appropriaternorder, which experts know as the effective analysisrnprocess. Education of the analysis process usingrndiagrammatic representations is more important andrnessential rather than education of notations ofrndiagrammatic representations. This paper proposes anrnintelligible analysis process which is suitable forrneducation. Learners of systems analysis can acquire thernprocess model effectively by using the process model,rnwhich includes Petri Net, STD, DFD, and IDEF0 in thisrnorder. It is easy to reuse components between therndiagrammatic representations according to the analysisrnprocess.
