Control of variables is the key to manufacturing of Nanometer-class electro-thermal film. Standardization and consistence of electro-thermal film can be gained by Fuzzy control in the filming process. As the research indicates, the technique of Fuzzy Control can open up an application prospect by reducing the great difference in the performance variables of electro-thermal film.Results can be obtained from tiny change in indefinite variables in the physicochemical reaction at high temperature.
