摘要

As the result of 'reverse engineering' presentation, a brand-new measurement tool - 3D laser scanning system is immediately presented. This new type of system can acquire model's 3D contour information rapidly, so as to become an indispensable equipment in 'reverse engineering'. However, such high-tech equipment is just presented not long ago, there's no corresponding national standard and regulations established in China. The dimension-retracing problem of this new measurement equipment is urgently needed to be solved. This paper combines 3D scanner's properties, precise coordinating, rotational axle precise positioning, and calibration of precise spatial scanning. The experiment results verify the feasibility of the calibration method, and the retraceability of the 3D scanning measurement to national standard.
