A Unified Method of Cloud Detection and Removal Robust to Spectral Variability

摘要

A unified method to detect a cloud cover and to removethin clouds from MS satellite images has been proposed.The method derives multiple cloud spectra from an imageand thereby achieves robustness to the spectral variabilityof a cloud. Experimental results have demonstrated that theproposed method outperforms the conventional method.
