摘要

This paper defines the meaning and characteristic of the Chinese transnational corporations first. Then it points out the urgent and great significance for fostering Chinese transnational corporations, compared with the foreign enterprises which are dominant in the world. Finally according to the competition characteristics and development tendency of the contemporary transnational corporations, two kinds of competitions strategy for Chinese transnational corporations are broken up.
