By using the technology of hydroforming and manufacturernof the rear housing not only can saving material and energyrnresources, and also can bring about lightweight and improvernthe quality of products. For this reason had make succeed inrndeveloping new technology which by using seamless steelrntube as blank and adopting hydroforming bulge be producernAuto drving axle housing. In order to perfect this newrntechnology and extend its using limit, in the paper wasrnconducted simulation analyses for the hydroformingrnprocess with FEM. After was contrasted simulation resultrncontrasted with technological experiment, was found that itrnidentical to experiment result, thus was checked therncorrectness of building FEM molded. The study forrnsimulation of process will lay the foundition of continue inrndevelopment other rear axle housing of heavy-tudy truck.
