This paper presents the results of research in the development of flowsheet for the comprehensive processing of slimes resulting from copper production to recover silver-, rhenium- and osmiumcontaining concentrates and lead compounds. The effect of the nature and concentration of leaching reactive agent, temperature, and duration of leaching on the behavior of valuable constituents has been studied. Optimal process conditions allowing 10-70 times concentration of rare metals in the insoluble residue and the production of lead salt as a marketable product have been identified.
