Successful deepwater platform execution

摘要

This paper describes the fundamentals for successfulrnexecution of deepwater platform projects, as seen from therncontractor point of view. It addresses both the requirementsrnprior to the start of the main execution phase as well as thernactual EPC phase.A systematic way planning the projects withrndocumented results is described.
