摘要

The conservative viewpoint of the disturbance scale should be introduced at handling the transient perturbation problems,in which the stability robustness and safety evaluation are two of the vital works.According to the stability robustness validation based on the four classic patterns of stability property,CRH3C with the original configuration dose not have the sufficient anti-disturbance capacity,the technical condition of which is not suitable to be raised to 350km/h.But CRH3C with the optimal regulation has the perfect stability robustness,and the coach shaking phenomenon exists in different degrees for 380B with the original configuration and in-site regulation.
