The determination of the spatial distribution of consolidation parameters, which are used to predict the consolidation settlement, was carried out through an artificial neural network. Monte Carlo simulations of consolidation settlement were carried out in order to discuss their accuracy. The ability of the artificial neural network was verified by estimating the errors of the consolidation parameters.
