Breeding and Application of Indica Eui-type Late-season Hybrid Rice'e-FuliangyouF8' with High Yield, Good Quality and Resistance to Diseases

"e-FuliangyouF8 " was bred by crossing the eui-CMS line "Fu e S1" from Fujian Agricultural and Forestry University with the restorer line "Ganx-iangyihao (F8)" from Ganzhou Agricultural Sciences Research Institute. "e-Fu-liangyouF8 " has high and stable yield, strong resistance to diseases, good rice quality and wide adaptability. It was released for commercial use by the Crop Varietal Examination and Approval Committee of Jiangxi Province. In addition, eui-type hybrid rice techniques can be improved and developed, and will be beneficial to social, ecological and economic profit.
