Technology Implementation - Factors for Success

The successful introduction of any new technology into an organization is a challenging proposition. This paperrnlooks at a series of environmental attributes and their impact on the project. While several of the attributes cannot berneasily manipulated, understanding these attributes, the state of the attribute, and allowing for this state in thernplanning and execution of the project can improve the likelihood of a successful implementation. Understanding ofrnthese attributes also allows an organization to better design the organizational culture to accommodate change.
