A case study application of an enriched multi-process Modeling method (which deploys Modeling capabilitiesrnthat document, communicate and analyze multi-perspective views of dependent ME processes) is described. Thernresearch outcome has been throughput, lead-time and queuing time improvements in production processes of arnmake-to-order furniture manufacturing enterprise. The Modeling method makes use of commercially availablernModeling tools that operationalize the developed concepts. This has informed and structured production processrndesign decision-making via the capture and execution of various scenarios run under simulation.
