MUSEUM ONLINE: a continuing success-story of school and museum partnership

MUSEUM ONLINE is an Austrian IT-project based on a range of co-operative projects between schools, museums, cultural institutions, public and private organisations and artists. The aims of MUSEUM ONLINE are promoting intercultural and interdisciplinary approaches in the artistic and cultural fields, by using innovative strategies with communication technology. In cooperation with museums, technical experts and artists, the school teams work out topics on the arts and culture as inspired by or related to a museum's collection.
