Nowadays, mobile communication network are developing rapidly, and it has greatly influence many aspects of human society. Meanwhile, traditional services on mobile communication networks, such as speech transferring, short messages service, have been insufficient to meet the demands of users. Mobile news service has brought forward and been implemented in some commercial fields. Therefore, the analysis on users' interests is becoming more and more important. This paper focuses on establishing the model of users' interests and the attraction model of news on the basis of personal new service system. And some necessary analysis on the model and concerned algorithm are provided by specific simulation to the model.
