摘要

This paper aims to propose a new four-path model to consider the electromagnetic (EM) scattering from real sea surface and target above more properly. The sea surface is considered as a two-scale: the geometry of long waves are locally approximated by tilted facet that are much longer than the electromagnetic wavelength. The capillary waves are considered as sinusoidal line superimposing on the long waves. Different from the traditional four-path model, the reflection from rough surface is considered from each facet, the weight factor of each facet is 1/N(N is the number of all the facets.
