The new revolution that the global industry is facing opens up opportunities not only for cutting-edge processes but also for many activities that are even devoid of solutions that make up the technological trail for smarter manufacturing. Visual computing has played an essential role in many ways when it comes to technology applied to the means of development and production. This work presents a systemic approach of an automated vision system used to an everyday activity in industrial facilities, which could significantly impact production costs.
