摘要

With the development of arbitrary waveform generation technology, multiplexed (MUX) digital-to-analog converter (DAC) and Timing-interleaving (TI) technique are important for arbitrary waveform generation. The structure of multiple MUX-DACs with TI is used to realizing high output signal frequency. However, with increasing total number of MUX-DACs, the synchronization of multiple MUX-DACs becomes more and more complex. Therefore, this paper proposes a synchronization method of multiple MUX-DACs. Based on this method, without keep data clocks in phase, the synchronization of multiple MUX-DACs can be realized only by adjusting the output of data source.
