With the development of measuring technology to high, precise and pointed, the measurement standard and measuring equipment used for the technical performance of calibration/calibration equipment are also increasing day by day. The price of instruments is also getting higher and higher, and traditional metrological standard equipment management methods and management methods cannot meet the actual demand of metering management. Therefore, it is urgent to solve the problems of the management and development of metering equipment through technical means and information method, and realize effective control of the measurement equipment. Based on the technology of Internet of things, combined with database technology and computer software and hardware technology, this paper designs and implements a metering equipment operation management system. In this paper, the system is divided into three modules: perceptual layer, transport layer and application layer. The current measurement based on the current measurement on the power supply line of the equipment is based on the sensing current change, which is used for the acquisition of experimental data and the design of the perceptual layer. The transmission of experimental data is realized by radio and computer LAN network, and the network layer design is completed. Using configuration software to build monitoring and management software system to realize the management of experimental data and complete the application layer design. The test result shows that the measurement equipment operation management system combined with the Internet of things technology can realize real-time online supervision and management of the operation state of the metering equipment. The system can also be extended to laboratory equipment management, book management, supermarket cargo management and other related fields.
