In this paper, the optical design of the IV drip was designed with the following techniques: A light sensing module mainly set for detecting the height of the liquid levels in injection drop bottles or the drip bags to find out if the drop bottle (bag) is empty. The light from the solid-state light source passes through the titration chamber with or without drip, and then the light is received by the photoresistor, in order to make the light of the solid-state light source more concentrated. The titration chamber of the drip liquid is then passed to the receiving surface of the CdS, and the focus lens is optimized and this verification is achieved via the TracePro optical software.
